After years of being close to many of the great churches and pastors of our nation, and studying business techniques, which I have successfully used for years, I believe God has given us an insight on successful leadership that is extremely valuable to pastors in building stronger teams and churches.

 

Churches don't succeed; people do. That's why leaders must be taught to stretch themselves beyond their current capacity in their thinking and practice. The greatest enemy of team leadership is inaction, complacency, and procrastination.
